Meditation is not a new practice. It has been around for centuries and it's benefits have been thoroughly researched. Many of us have tried meditation and some of us might find it helpful and some of us frustrating or challenging. Meditation is an excellent tool that can be developed through consistent practice, the right information and additional support.
