As a licensed clinical psychologists, we are covered by most insurance plans. We also provide fee for service. We offer a service of an initial determination of benefits and 15 minute initial consultation.
We are credentialed with the following insurance providers:
Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Carefirst, BCBS, Tricare, United Healthcare, OPTUM, Cigna.
Since insurance carriers and plans vary vastly, it is advised that you confirm with your carrier that services are covered. We will run an Eligibility and Benefits check initially, but it is your responsibility to confirm with your carrier prior to your initial appointment.
Payment/Copayment is expected in full upon receipt of your first statement. With your authorization, we are able file directly with insurance.

$ 160 for 55 min per individual session (90837)

BIOFEEDBACK:
Some medical and psychological insurance plans now cover biofeedback for various conditions and may require preauthorization. Reimbursement to the client varies by carrier and by plan. Check with your insurance company about coverage for biofeedback. At this time, Biofeedback will be offered as a fee for service intervention. It will be your responsibility to follow up with your insurance to see if they will cover a portion of the cost. Be sure you understand what your insurance policy will cover, and for which diagnoses.

- 90901 is used for psychological disorders, such as: Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder

96152 Health/ Behavioral Intervention, is used only for medical diagnoses such as:
- F51.01 – Primary Insomnia
- G44.2 – Tension Type Headache
- G43.10 – Migraine
- Z87.820 – Traumatic Brain Injury
- M26.60 – TMJ
- K58.0 – Irritable Bowel Syndrome
